3. Prohibited Actions

• Reverse Engineering for Cloning: You may not reverse engineer CEngine for the purpose of creating competing equipment or software.

4. Purpose of Restrictions

These restrictions exist to:

• Protect Investment: Our equipment represents significant engineering investment, and these restrictions ensure that investment is protected.
• Prevent Unauthorized Cloning: Equipment cloning undermines the integrity of our products and can lead to safety and quality concerns.
• Maintain Quality: By controlling deployment, we can ensure that CEngine operates only on equipment that meets our quality standards.
• Support Innovation: Protecting our intellectual property allows us to continue investing in research and development.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in CEngine software, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of CAMPATECHNOLOGIES.
